Louise B Venettozzi is a seasoned veteran having sold property in Metro Louisville for over 27 years. She was with RE/MAX for over 23 years being a charter member of RE/MAX Connections which, after the death of the Broker became RE/MAX Metro. She left RE/MAX Metro to join Gant Hill & Associates as Vice President of Residential Sales. After two years, she opened her own company, GREAT SPACE LOUISVILLE, offering residential, commercial and investment opportunities for her clients. Louise is also a seasoned investor and renovator herself owning her own investment portfolio. In her "previous life" she spent 20 years with Hyatt Hotels and has lived all over the country as a result of her affiliation with them. She lived in Old Louisville for over 23 years and has recently moved to the Upper Highlands. She has significant expertise in architecture, design, historic property, renovation, development and new construction.
